Receptionist (All Star) at PEAK Sports and Spine Centre. PEAK Sports and Spine Centre was established in 2012 with the belief that life is about experiences. About the Role

PEAK is looking for our next receptionist (All Stars). The role of an All Star is to provide a raving fan experience for all our athletes (patients). Some of the tasks include:

- Diary management to ensure high occupancy, minimal cancellations and maximize revenue.
- Answering questions and queries via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Creating raving fan experiences through all athlete interactions.
- Athlete and third-party billing and receipting.
- Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and consumables.
- Performing additional ad-hoc administration duties.
