An emerging need at Eastwood Community Baptist at the end of 2025 is additional resourcing in the leadership of our high school youth group, as well as someone to free the Lead Pastor from his SRE responsibilities at the local primary school in 2026.

Young adults in the church could also benefit from greater connection to one another and to the leadership of the church.

This part-time (1.5-2.5 days a week) role could begin to address these needs.

We are looking for someone with preferably 2 years of relevant ministry experience in addition to work experience outside of a ministry role.
