About the Centre:

Our dedicated team supports children's growth using the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which includes STEM and literacy opportunities. With engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces, including a large playground, we foster strong connections with local schools and community groups. We provide fresh, healthy meals prepared onsite, With a government-approved kindergarten program, safety and security of the children is our top priority.

About the Role

- Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
- Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
- Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
- Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

- An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Relevant teachers’ registration (VIT)
- Strong experience as an ECT
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
