Platypus Shoes is part of the Accent Group, the largest footwear retailer with over 750 stores, 35 brands, and 40 online platforms, including Skechers, Vans, Dr. Martens, Timberland, and many more.
The Role
We are seeking passionate and driven retail team members to support sales, operational excellence, and store success. Join us and be part of a dynamic team.

What You Need to Succeed
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good listening skills and openness to feedback
- Availability for late-night trade, weekends, and Monday to Wednesday daytime shifts
- Previous customer service experience
