Cairns, Queensland, Australia ClearCompany Full time
Company Summary:

I have partnered with a well-known national builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland and Australian market spanning over 50 years of proven success delivering projects more than $250m+, specialising in the commercial market.

After a successful 2024, and a strong pipeline of work kicking off 2025 and beyond from trusted, repeat clients, this organisation is now hiring an experienced Project Manager due to growth and project wins.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry for projects between $20m - $50m. Specialising in a diverse range of projects including commercial, retail, health, education, industrial, community, fit out and much more.

The Project: x 2 large commercial fit out projects within Brisbane CBD - $30m - $40m+

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

- 5-7 + years of experience
- Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
- Excellent past tenure with employers.
- Team player who loves a challenge
- Positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Strong leadership skills.

My favourite thing about this family-owned organisation is their genuine care for their employees and maintaining an excellent team culture. Their employees are staying with them for 10 - 15 + years in some cases and there is an open-door policy to Senior Management.

With an organisation with pipelines as strong as the guys - the sky is the limit for your career Structured career development reviews designed to ensure everyone is on the right path.

These guys are big on team players and collaboration There is no "I" in team - everyone is working together to achieve and kick goals.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.
