The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our team in Silverwater NSW.

- Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web and email.
- Input data into the CRM Database, ensuring timely input and accuracy.
- Undertaking various administration duties, including daily processing of driver run sheets.
- Communicating with various stakeholders within the business across branches in NSW.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered across the business.

About You

- Previous experience in an inbound & outbound customer service or administration role.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to handle data entry conversations and escalations into the system.
- Data accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication at various levels of management.
- Proficiency with various tech tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and phone systems.
