Overview

Barminco forms part of the Perenti Group, a diversified global mining services company. Barminco is one of the world's largest hard rock underground mining companies with over three decades of experience. We are currently developing above 120 kilometres per year and mining over 10 million tonnes with our multi-million-dollar fleet of underground mining equipment. We are seeking applications from experienced Leading Hand Service Crew.

Key Requirements

- Previous experience working as an underground Leading Hand on Service Crew, Paste Crew or Projects Crew
- Lead a team of Service Crew workers through their day to day operations
- Provide a high level of experience and knowledge in training to other crew members
- Extensive experience working in underground mining
- All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL’s)
- Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence
- A strong focus toward safety and hazard identification
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
