Who we are looking for
We have an ongoing full-time position for Network and Security Administrator, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $91,529 to $99,513 p.a. plus superannuation.
The role will focus on maintaining a secure, resilient, and cost-effective enterprise network while leading ongoing cyber security operations, including identifying, monitoring, and responding to threats and exposures.
Job Description
What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
- Maintain and support network and security infrastructure for performance and resilience.
- Operate and monitor cyber security systems to detect and respond to threats.
- Identify and mitigate risks through continuous security monitoring and controls.
- Respond to incidents following established Cyber Incident Response procedures.
- Manage service requests, capacity planning, and vendor coordination.
- Keep documentation up to date and support ongoing operational improvements.

We’re looking for someone with
- Tertiary qualification in information technology or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in solving strategic and operational issues within a business or IT environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders around improvements to systems and processes.
