About the Role
Come spend the summer with The Athlete’s Foot. We have a number of Sales Assistant roles available across our Broadway location. We are looking for energetic team members who will provide excellent customer service in stores and sell our premium products.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process large volumes of stock
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, visual merchandising and cleaning
- Maintain a positive CAN DO attitude at all times to engage with customers
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated with willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
