About the Company

This iconic Australian institute dominates their field, a clear market leader in the higher education sector. Based on the Sydney CBD fringe, they are seeking a Management Accountant to join their high-performing team. This organisation is well known for its impact and scale, and the role offers strong visibility across a key portfolio. This is a commercially focused role with a blend of month-end, management reporting, financial modelling and direct support to senior decision makers.

The finance team is well regarded, with a collaborative culture and a strong focus on development. Flexible working arrangements are in place, including a couple of days working from home per week and flexible start/finish times.

About the Role

1. Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process

2. Developing management reporting packs

3. Assisting with the development of financial models

4. Partnering with key internal stakeholders

5. Variance and KPI analysis

Skills & Experience

1. CPA/CA qualification required

2. At least 4+ years of experience in a similar role

3. Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
