Job Description
We're continuously seeking compassionate care partners to assist our residents with their daily needs. If you're keen on becoming part of the Meath Care team, particularly in roles within our Caring team, we invite you to apply through this advertisement by submitting your resume.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in aged care is essential.
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support/Health Service Assistance is essential.
- An understanding of dementia and mental health.
- An outgoing and friendly personality.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- The skills to be adaptable to suit the needs of the residents.
- A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia (if required) are essential for this role.
