Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Assistant to assist in the production process for a 4 day a week roster with the potential of a 5 day roster over the busy holiday periods, working Monday to Friday, 7am till 3pm. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our chocolates are made with the utmost care and quality. This position is ideal for kitchen hospitality workers who are looking for a change of direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate machinery and equipment for chocolate production.

- Assist in the preparation and mixing of ingredients.

- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

- Maintain good personal hygiene standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a manufacturing food production environment is a plus.

- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

- Must hold current food handlers’ certificate.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
