The Senior Policy Officer is responsible for policy projects and policy advice to support ACECQA’s role in guiding the implementation and administration of the National Quality Framework (NQF) for children’s education and care.

The Senior Policy Officer identifies and investigates policy problems using their skills in legislative interpretation, critical thinking and regulatory policy. This role makes a major contribution to the development and refinement of national solutions to NQF implementation issues, as well as ACECQA’s contributions to / leadership of current and emerging strategic initiatives.

This role is full time and fixed term (7-month parental leave replacement cover) at ACECQA Band 5/6 ($103,179 to $140,976).
