Salary
Hourly rate ranges from $22.81 for junior positions to $33.50 adult rate, including superannuation contribution and leave loading.
About the Role
This role is vital to the maintenance and upkeep of departmental schools, contributing to a safe and well‑maintained learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of school grounds and facilities.
- Assist with set up and removal of furniture and equipment for school activities.
- Identify and report maintenance and safety issues.
- Receive, store and distribute supplies and monitor equipment.
- Report faults and support a safe environment.
Candidate Profile
Essential skills include strong planning, prioritising, communication, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a strong work ethic.
