About the Role

We are seeking a Transport Operations Assistant to join our Melbourne depot team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our depot, meeting the needs of our valued customers. Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating freight, deliveries and drivers for local runs.
  • Raising and reconciling freight bills.
  • Safety auditing at our depot.
  • Loading planning and supporting operations as needed.
  • Managing freight bookings and time slot requests.
  • Facilitating and administering customer orders and jobs received.
  • Performing other administrative duties as directed by the Depot Manager.


About You
