Is this the role for you?

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver quality work for scheduled pre- and post-sales support to our customers via logged Service Orders.
- Complete on-site and remote hardware and software installations.
- Provide end-user training on our hardware and software solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting diagnostics of software issues logged via Service Orders.
- Perform Field Service calls to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Discuss all machine faults and problems with customers professionally and courteously, advising on all aspects of the Service call.
- Utilize Phone/Remote/Onsite Support processes to resolve problems efficiently.
- Follow all processes for Chargeable Services calls outside of contracted offers.
- Document customer sites when changes are made to workflows outside the original project scope.
- Accurately account for all spare parts and consumables used in achieving Service objectives by following all processes.
- Maintain an advanced knowledge of Ricoh products and solutions through Personal Development Plan (PDP).

An ideal candidate would have:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Strong technical ability and knowledge.
- A desire to learn.

To be successful in this role:

This role suits someone with high technical aptitude. Full training on Ricoh products and services will be provided.

Additional qualities include:

- Experience in resolving technical network issues is highly desirable.
- Current driver's license and willingness to obtain WWCC.
- Ability to work independently on client sites.
- Strong client focus.
- Professional attitude.
- Proactive in identifying and managing potential technical issues.
- Experience in IT, print copier, and industrial print environments is highly regarded.
