As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll take the lead in service standards, team development, and food presentation. Whether you thrive on the floor driving guest satisfaction or prefer diving into the numbers and managing inventory, you’ll lead the area that suits your strengths.

Bring your 2+ years of management experience in QSR or casual dining and lead from the front in this exciting role.

Responsibilities

- Lead in service standards, team development, and food presentation.

- Drive guest satisfaction on the floor or manage inventory and numbers as appropriate.

- Support and develop a passionate team to deliver top-notch service in a busy all-day venue.

What You’ll Get In Return

- $65,000-$70,000 + super + staff discounts + free meals on shift

- Uncapped bonus structure - Managers here typically achieve circa $15k-$20k per annum
