Due to business growth and the addition of a new client, we are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join a well-established software company known for delivering premium service. This is a hands-on role where your communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and technical aptitude will make a real impact for clients.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Acting as the first point of contact for client support queries, delivering timely and professional solutions.
- Supporting multi-tenant, cloud-based applications in a SaaS environment.
- Handling after-hours support on a rotating roster (every 5th week, with premium allowance and company phone).
- Writing custom SQL queries and reports, troubleshooting issues in Linux, and working with APIs.
- Collaborating with a small, supportive team to maintain service excellence and client satisfaction.
- This role requires 4 days a week in office, with one day a week WFH

What you’ll bring to the role

- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage queries over phone and email professionally.
- Prior experience in application support, ideally in SaaS or cloud environments.
- Exposure to SQL and Linux; knowledge of APIs, Oracle, or PostgreSQL will be highly regarded.
- Familiarity with ITIL, SLAs, and change management processes.
- A proactive mindset with pride in delivering high-quality service and going above and beyond for clients.

You’ll be joining a four-person team led by an experienced Team Lead who began as a graduate at the company before working their way up. The team describe the working culture as collaborative and supportive.
