About You Treasury is looking for a motivated and capable Senior Revenue Officer to join our Revenue Branch to undertake taxation, grant and rebate assessments, education and compliance activities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to improving the wellbeing of Tasmanians, by engaging in the efficient administration of Tasmania’s taxation, grant and rebate laws. You will have sound judgement combined with strong analytical and communication skills. The Revenue Branch administers a range of legislation relating to taxation, grants, concessions, and rebates. This includes collecting taxation revenue, processing applications to ensure adherence with eligibility criteria, risk based and targeted auditing, ensuring decisions are based on sound legal principles and managing outstanding debts.
