About the role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders to step into the role of Senior Site Supervisor to join our Collinsville Team, working on 5 days on, 2 days off roster. Great compensation awaits, with camp accommodation and meals during rostered periods or relocation and housing support available based on your preference.

Our Site Supervisors are instrumental in ensuring the operational success of each site. They lead and inspire teams of skilled Blasting Professionals and Operators, driving safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across our client locations. In this dynamic role, no two days are the same. Success requires adaptability, composure under pressure, strong task prioritisation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing

- Live and breathe Orica's safety values at all times;
- Lead and motivate a highly skilled team of MMU Operators, Fitters, Yard Keepers;
- Provide analytical/decision support to Territory Manager on continuous improvement plan;
- Coordinate logistics of raw materials, equipment, and blast crew to sites within Collinsville;
- Ensure operational process meets Orica standards and customer's expectations.
