Stock Assistant/Support Join a fast-paced retail operations team ensuring smooth product flow from warehouse to stores.
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to take on a dynamic support role within a busy logistics environment? We're looking for a motivated Stock Assistant to join our Stock Support team, helping to coordinate product movement, accuracy, and presentation across the retail network.
About the Role
As a key member of the Stock Support team, you/'ll assist with daily operations to ensure products are processed, dispatched, and replenished efficiently. Working closely with retail, workshop, and head office teams, you/'ll help keep inventory running smoothly and stores fully equipped.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming stock and manage product releases
- Coordinate stock transfers, ticketing, and bin maintenance
- Support store teams with stock enquiries and adjustments
- Assist with workshop repairs, new store setups, and refits
- Maintain vault organisation and cleanliness
- Ensure all operational, security, and safety protocols are followed
What You/'ll Bring
- Experience in retail, logistics, or inventory coordination
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
