Now we’re looking for a Store Business Manager who can bring that same energy to their team every day.

About the Role

As Store Business Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall performance of your store—delivering an exceptional customer experience, building a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of your store and make a meaningful impact as part of a brand that values its people and purpose.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading a passionate and professional team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Driving sales results and exceeding store KPIs
- Coaching, developing and mentoring team members to grow their retail careers
- Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and stock management
- Creating a store culture that reflects the MJ Bale brand and values

Desired Skills and Experience

What we’re looking for:

- 1–3+ years running a fashion or lifestyle retail store
- A hands-on leader who can motivate and have fun while getting results
- Confidence with sales, KPIs, and operations — you know your stuff
- A love of premium menswear and styling
- Someone who thrives on solving problems and making things happen
