We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality education and care to children aged 0‑5 years, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement and evaluate educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards
- Support the developmental, social, emotional and cognitive growth of each child
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the Orange ELC team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Participate in reflective practice, centre meetings and professional development
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

- An ACECQA‑approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (e.g. Diploma, Certificate III, or Bachelor)
- Valid Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma certificates, or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an early childhood service (preferred)
- Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- A passion for early childhood learning and development
