I-MED Radiology Network is seeking passionate individuals in Victoria to join our RadX Learning and Support Team as Learning & Support Officers on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Join the team supporting our Radiologists as we transition to new clinical software in 2026.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in helping our people prepare for, transition to, and gain confidence in using the new RadX solutions. You’ll work closely with doctors and clinic leaders, providing valuable feedback to shape system migration, learning and support strategies — ensuring a smooth and successful rollout across the network.

This opportunity will allow you to:

- Develop hands‑on expertise with our new clinical system
- Build relationships across regions and specialties
- Influence the adoption of new tools, workflows and ways of working

We’re looking for individuals who:

- Understand radiologist workflows and medical terminology
- Are strong communicators who can facilitate conversations, listen and problem‑solve
- Feel confident delivering training and end‑user support
- Can travel and work flexibly when required
