Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join dedicated team in delivering high-quality speech and language services.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders across various age groups.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' speech, language, and swallowing capabilities.
- Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
- Providing therapy sessions aimed at improving communication and swallowing skills.
- Documenting client progress and maintaining meticulous records as per compliance standards.
- Educating clients and families about communication disorders and recommended interventions.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to holistic client care.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- A minimum of two years of experience in assessing and treating communication disorders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and maintain organized records.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.
