About the position

This is an exciting new role that will be joining our property and expansion team, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to update our existing spaces. We currently have 13 spaces globally and these updates will allow us to ensuring these spaces remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation frameworks to guide project execution.
- Identify required resources for each project and manage their allocation based on evolving project needs.
- Implement risk management processes to mitigate potential project delays, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Act as the central point of coordination for stakeholders across multiple teams (showroom, production, people & culture, etc.), ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Regularly report on project progress, roadblocks, and success metrics, ensuring transparency across all teams.

What are we seeking?

- Proven experience in project management preferably within retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in resource management, budgeting, and risk management processes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to drive process improvements and establish standardised workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
