A Day in the Life of a Restaurant Manager

You'll lead and motivate a team of 20-40 staff members to drive sales growth and engagement within your restaurant. You'll work closely with our Growth Coaches to ensure high standards, including rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.

This is a people-focused role where you'll support your team's development, both personally and professionally, through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines for promotions.

You'll also manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs, and take ownership of our local matters program by engaging with your local community groups to make a difference.

What We Look For

  • Previous leadership experience managing a team of 20+ in hospitality or entertainment venues.
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports for sales growth.
  • Organized and passionate about the hospitality industry, with a customer-first approach.
  • Someone who prides themselves on empowering their team to deliver excellent customer service.
