Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries
- Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
- Collaborate with the baking team on product development
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Train and supervise junior bakery and pastry staff

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Baker/ Pastry Chef
- Certification in Baking or Pastry
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
