Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating a nurturing learning environment?

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in our kindy room. In this role you will be working with children aged 3‑5, supporting their social, emotional and cognitive development through play‑based learning and structured activities.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engaging educational programs tailored to the needs of children

- Foster a safe, caring and inclusive environment focused on each child's individual interests and abilities.

- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Maintain accurate records and observations to track children's progress and share insights with families

- Ensure all Centre policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

About you

- Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services or an ACECQA approved equivalent

- Have a current Working with Children’s Check

- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
