Australian Venue Co. is on the hunt for an Assistant Venue Manager to join the leadership team across our incredible venues in Albury

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a progressive AVM role with exposure across multiple venues, including: Beer Deluxe Albury, Birallee Tavern, Albion Hotel, The Bended Elbow.

You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with the opportunity to grow your career under experienced leaders and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences across a variety of venues.

What can we offer?

- Competitive Salary: starting from $80,000 – $85,000 + Super

What do we need from you?

- Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue
- A passion for the industry and commitment to a successful career in hospitality
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
- Extensive restaurant and bar experience
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
- Current RSA
- Desire to expand your skillset under the guidance of the Venue Manager
- Strong financial skills and compliance focus
