Responsibilities
- Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm in-store experience
- Assist in driving sales, profit and productivity, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators
- Support the Manager by ensuring the team understands business objectives with a focus on commercial acumen
- Inspire and empower the team through collaborative leadership, training and development
- Adhere to company behaviours, policies and procedures

Attributes you possess
- A passion for retail, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style
- Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Support the Manager in managing performance, productivity, training and development
- Operational excellence, stock control and visual merchandising experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Excellent opportunity for a full-time Sales Assistant or Supervisor seeking progression in retail
