Reporting to the Head of Pet Specialty, this position provides a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of pets and their caregivers while advancing your career with a respected leader in the pet care industry.
A day in the Life…
- Lead training programs that provide veterinarians, their staff, pet retailers, and pet owners with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
- Advocate for our brand by building relationships with key opinion leaders and universities.
- Train our sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
- Support veterinarians and their teams with case management through our consumer engagement team.
- Create informative materials that explain pet health issues and promote our products.
What will make you successful:
- Qualified and registered to practice veterinary medicine in Australia.
- Minimum of 3 years of veterinary practice experience and 2 years in a technical veterinary or commercial sales role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and a collaborative leadership style that drives team success.
- High-level relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the Pet Specialty and Veterinary Channel.
- Full Australian working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
