We/'re seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client/'s community-based rehabilitation team. This role focuses on supporting clients with neurodisability and complex needs in their homes and local environments, with occasional clinic-based responsibilities.

You/'ll work autonomously while being part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. If you/'re driven by client-centred care and want to make a real impact in the community, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services in community settings

- Support clients to achieve meaningful, functional goals

- Work within NDIS and DVA frameworks to deliver tailored interventions

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and referrers

- Contribute to service development and team initiatives

You/'re a confident clinician with a strong foundation in community rehab and a passion for empowering people with disability. You/'re proactive, organised, and ready to grow.

Essential Criteria

- Bachelor/'s or Master/'s degree in Occupational Therapy

- Current AHPRA registration

- 3-5 years clinical experience, ideally in community rehab or neurodisability

- Experience working with NDIS and/or DVA clients

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Current driver/'s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
