Overview

ahs hospitality is Australia and New Zealand’s largest provider of outsourced housekeeping management services and partners with the most iconic hotel brands. We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team in a 5-star hotel located in Brisbane's CBD. Service with a smile is our mantra and we are confident we are the best outsourced service company you could work with.

Responsibilities

- Lead your team by setting up key tasks for you and the team.

- Conduct team briefings to address challenges and align on goals.

- Collaborate with the hotel leadership team on short and long-term quality metrics.

- Ensure rooms are delivered to the hotel on time for guest arrival.

- Maintain regular communication with the team and provide resourcing as required.

- Handle administration related to Health and Safety, billing and rostering.

- Ensure guests are serviced with a smile.

- Handover effectively to the team at shift change.

- End the day with a plan for tomorrow’s priorities and opportunities.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Understanding of annualised budgets.

- Determination to provide a safe workplace.

- A no-nonsense approach to compliance.

- A well-presented problem-solving attitude.

- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
