This is an exciting leadership role where you will take responsibility for the overall management of our Sandringham home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for residents and their families. You’ll lead with purpose, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement. Working closely with your team, you will champion person-centred care, drive operational excellence, and create an environment where residents feel valued and supported every day.

How you will make an impact as a General Manager

You’ll lead the home with a clear focus on delivering exceptional, person-centred care while ensuring compliance with aged care standards and workplace safety. Your leadership will inspire and engage a multidisciplinary team, driving a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. By leveraging data and insights, you’ll optimise operational performance, achieve financial and occupancy targets, and implement strategies that enhance resident experience and strengthen Regis’ reputation as a trusted provider.

What you will bring to the role

- Proven senior leadership experience in health or aged care, with the ability to inspire and engage multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial targets, and operational performance.
- Demonstrated capability to implement change and drive continuous improvement in a complex service environment.
- Knowledge of aged care funding models and compliance requirements under the Aged Care Act (essential).
- Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work within deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
