Motel Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Motel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of motel and lead a small, hardworking team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the business, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day motel operations including reservations, housekeeping, and front office.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Oversee budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

- Diploma qualification in Management (or related field).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in motel/hotel management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
