Senior Consultant (m/w/d)ESG Services

Stellenbeschreibung

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung der anderen Business Lines und Deiner Kunden durch Deine fachliche Kompetenz

- Aufbereitung von ESG-Daten, deren Analyse und deren Präsentation im Rahmen von Kundenterminen

- Projektbezogene Koordinierung externer Services-Partner

- Erstellung von Analysen und Berichten in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Partnern

- Stetige Beobachtung des regulatorischen Marktumfelds auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene

- Schulung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen von Colliers zu neuen Themen aus dem Bereich ESG/Sustainability

Qualifikationen

Das bringst Du mit:

- Gerne abgeschlossenes immobilienwirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit

- Nachweisbare Berufserfahrungen in der Immobilienwirtschaft; gerne Cashflow-Modeling-Erfahrung

- Gute Kenntnisse hinsichtlich der nationalen und internationalen regulatorischen Anforderungen an die Immobilienwirschaft (CSRD, EPBD, GEG, GEIG, SFDR, Taxonomie, etc.)

- Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

- Strukturiertes, prozessorientiertesArbeiten

- Hohes Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
