Our client is a large, well-established cattle enterprise operating across an aggregation of stations in the Clermont district of Central Queensland. Known for producing high-quality Australian beef, this operation offers a genuine opportunity to experience station life in a supportive, close-knit rural community. The property is well-connected, with modern facilities and excellent living standards for staff.

This Station Cook / Domestic position will commence in January 2026 and is a full-time position. Reporting to the Station Manager, you/'ll play a key role in maintaining a clean and comfortable homestead environment and providing hearty, home-style meals for a small team of 2-3 workers of an evening.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Prepare and cook evening meals for 2-3 station staff.

- Carry out domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep of the homestead.

- Assist with butchering and packing meat and manage grocery orders and pickups.

- Maintain the homestead gardens and ensure all living areas are tidy and welcoming.

Selection Criteria

- Previous experience in domestic or station cook role.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail.

- Ability to work independently and take pride in maintaining a comfortable home environment.

- Willingness to live and work rurally in Central Queensland.
