Project Architect
Location: Surry Hills, Sydney | Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Superannuation (Negotiable) | Full-Time

This is a mid-level opportunity for an Architect who thrives on technical precision and enjoys getting stuck into the detail. You'll play a pivotal role in the documentation of high-quality architectural projects, contributing to a studio known for its thoughtful, design-led work.
The practice is mid-sized and collaborative, based in the heart of Surry Hills. With a steady pipeline of multi-residential, community buildings, and high-end residential projects, they're looking for someone who can bring both experience and accuracy to their delivery phase.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and produce documentation packages across all project stages
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure accurate, compliant, and buildable outcomes
- Work with Project Leads to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Maintain quality control across drawing sets and technical outputs
- Support junior team members with documentation standards and ArchiCAD workflows

About You

- 8 years or more experience
- Strong documentation and delivery background, ideally in multi-residential or community-focused work
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
