Using a strengths-based, culturally informed approach, you'll help guide them through their rehabilitation journey while contributing to positive outcomes for the broader community.

This role can be based at either Swan Hill or Echuca and will be required to support both locations as required.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering meaningful case management for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients, focused on behaviour change and completing correctional orders.

- Assessing risk factors and developing individualised case plans that support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.

- Providing expert advice to senior leaders and community-based teams on culturally safe and effective approaches to working with Aboriginal clients.

- Building strong partnerships with Aboriginal organisations and support services to improve access to culturally appropriate resources.

- Attending Koori Court to provide advice and support where needed.
