What you’ll do

You will provide exceptional service with a warm welcome and engaging conversation. You’ll treat our guests as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a can-do attitude. On a daily basis you may:

- Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
- Operate point of sale system
- Setup, clear and reset restaurants or cafe areas
- Barista, or mixology duties, depending on the outlet

There are multiple roles available offering casual shifts to suit your life balance.

What you’ll bring

- Cafe, restaurant, bar experience with a passion for great service
- Bar, cocktail, or coffee making experience (a bonus)
- A great attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
