Are you passionate about empowering individuals requiring support? IMPACT Community Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer & Assessor to join our team. Help shape the next generation of Individual Support professionals and make a real impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality training and assessment for Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
- Provide face-to-face training and organise vocational placements
- Connect with NDIS support organisations to ensure students gain real-world skills
- Support and mentor students to achieve their learning goals

What You Need

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the disability sector
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) with additional units or higher qualification
- Alternatively, actively working towards a Certificate IV in TAE40122 as per ASQA standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams
- Experience in training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is highly desirable
