This role involves:

- Operating print technology to fulfill client orders, maintaining high customer service standards, and meeting targets and deadlines.
- Ensuring machine safety and maintenance.
- Checking components and reporting maintenance needs.
- Maintaining quality assurance records and standards.
- Training and coordinating duties for Assistant Printers.

About You

We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience with various print technologies.
- Experience with high-embellished labels is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous manufacturing or printing industry experience is a plus.
- Strong quality control skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Eligible to work in Australia or New Zealand.
