Requirements

- Customer service experience
- Enthusiastic with high energy
- Strong communication skills both in French and English
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- A positive attitude
- Computer and software proficiency
- Previous service advisor experience would be an asset

Responsibilities

- Greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed
- Explain the type and cost of services offered
- Act as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
