You will report to our Regional Administration Manager.

Responsibilities of a branch coordinator include:

1. Communicate with customers by phone, email, and face to face, maintaining company standards.
2. Prepare valuation packs.
3. Use and maintain KFH's CRM where required.
4. Produce and issue all necessary paperwork for clients and solicitors.
5. Ensure all compliance procedures are met.
6. Communicate with third-party companies.
7. Communicate with KFH's Accounts department for payments.
8. Provide high levels of customer service.
9. Support sales and lettings negotiators and branch directors.
