About the Company
Our client is a mid-tier law firm with a national footprint a strong reputation for merging legal precision with commercial impact. About the Position
This is a newly created opportunity for a solicitor with 5-8 years/' PQE to join as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel in their Melbourne office. You'll lead strategic M&A, compliance, and governance matters across sectors, working closely with high-calibre clients and collaborating with specialists in property, finance and disputes. There's scope to shape a practice area, or grow your niche with autonomy.
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years' solid PAE in Corporate and Commercial law
- Strong experience in M&A advantageous
- Interest in cross-sector industries and strategic legal thinking
- Team-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills
