Macarthur Automotive operates across three convenient Southwest Sydney locations in Narellan and two sites in Campbelltown and is part of the Peter Warren Automotive Holdings family. We represent over 15 of the world’s finest automotive brands and offer a complete range of services, including expert mechanical servicing, to cover all aspects of vehicle ownership. We value our people as one of our greatest assets and are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.

We are looking for an experienced Used Vehicles Sales Consultant to join the team at Macarthur Automotive located in Campbelltown.

What the role entails:

- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals
- Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers

What we are looking for:

- Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering industry-leading service and creating exceptional customer experiences
- A self-motivated team player who’s ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and have fun along the way
