About the position:

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Wills & Estates Lawyer at Senior Associate level who is ready to take the next step in their career. Based in either Brisbane or Toowoomba, you’ll work alongside some of the state's most experienced practitioners, receiving mentoring while also contributing to leadership and business development.

Your work will span:

- Estate planning, including complex wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

- Probate and estate administration

- Contested estates and family provision claims

- Advising high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families

This position is ideal for someone who wants more than just files—it’s about shaping your career, leading others, and making a lasting impact.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of PAE with a strong background in Wills & Estates (private practice)

- Experience in both estate planning and litigation highly regarded

- Strong client management and communication skills
