The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Clinical Senior Physiotherapist to join our Community Health Service in the beautiful Barossa/Gawler region. In this rewarding temporary full-time role until April 2026, you’ll combine advanced clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, providing high-quality care while supporting, mentoring, and guiding physiotherapy staff and students. Working within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping service delivery, improving access to care, and driving innovation to ensure the best possible outcomes for our communities.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

- Provide advanced clinical expertise in physiotherapy, delivering complex services across community health programs.
- Lead, mentor and supervise physiotherapists and students, supporting professional development and best practice.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, managers and stakeholders to improve models of care and service access.
- Drive service innovation, evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
