This role contributes to strategic planning, policy development, and service improvement initiatives that support Tasmanians to receive care in their homes and/or communities.

The Team:

Collaborative team to shape and deliver person-centred care statewide.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement policy and project initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to strategic planning and program evaluation.

The Role:

Deliver high-level policy analysis and advice; draft high-level documentation and implement projects aligned with the program’s strategic policy agenda.

You will need:

- Support the Principal Policy Officer and Office of the Executive Director of Services.
- Utilise project management strategies to contribute to the formulation and delivery of designated projects.
- Undertake assigned project activities, ensuring they align with Agency policies and procedures.

Details of appointment:

Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of 24 months.

Salary:$107,899 to $122,292 per annum.
